So, I doubt anyone will read this, but I've been reading so many other low-carb blogs and have learned so much, and I feel like other blogs have encouraged me to keep going. So, here I am in my late 20s, a couple of days away from getting married, and 30 lbs heavier than where I was last year. I've been following low-carb since 2006, I did really well until about a year ago, when I hit a plateau and well, never got quite back on track. So, my plan for this blog is to track what I eat and the number of carbs, and my weight...which is why this is annonymous!
