Day 4: 30 Day Shred

So...I don't think I'll keep reporting in on this, but I was noticing that I'm not sore after the workout anymore. I stepped it up during today's work out. I went deeper into the exercises and I used heavier weights for some of the exercises. The workout kicked my butt. I'm not feeling all that sore now.

Should I go to the next level? I'm still not doing the 'advanced' portion of all the workouts of the 1st level (I've progressed in two exercises).

My Non Scale Victories for today: I skipped thin mints at a meeting this morning. I haven't even been tempted to drink soda. I ate my fruits and veggies. I walked to and from work. I did the 30 day shred, even though I didn't want to. I tracked my food. I also had 36 grams of fiber and enough water (I stopped counting at 9 cups).

Hopefully the scale will start responding!

I've heard the Shred videos are hard, kudos to you for doing them even when you don't feel like it. :-)

Thanks, I hope it's making a difference. I am surprised I don't feel it more after it.

I moved on to level two and I kind of wish I wouln't have. It's a killer. The reason I moved on was because I wasn't sweating as much and some of the exercises were starting to feel kind of easy to do. I really hate level two and contemplate going back to level 1 everyday :). I haven't gone back and I probabley won't but Level two is so hard at some points that I don't think I will make it but by the end when I fall to the floor for my cool down I am so glad I went through with it.
I don't feel sore anymore either which I think is a real bummer. I like the reminder of what I did.
I think you will know when you are ready to move on to level two. You will start noticing the exercises becoming less challenging. I think that is when you will want to move on.
Great job keeping up with the workouts!

Thanks for the encouragement and great advice! I'm going to stick with 1 for at least two weeks, I'm still sweating a whole ton and completely out of breath!
