Fat Buster

Foodies can lose weight too!

no calorie sugar cookies

Yeah, not really.  But, guess what I found on the shelves (almost sold out) yesterday?!

Oh yes I did!  It was the last box so I HAD to snag it.  Even though it was in the 70s yesterday I had to try a mug.

My first impressions were that it smelled like I had just baked sugar cookies.  YUM.  However, it did not TASTE like sugar cookies.  Has anyone had this tea?  Does adding milk or sweetener help?  Frankly, the smell is enough for me since I need tea to stay warm at work. so I sit and hold a steaming mug of tea for hours.

Please let me know how to make the flavor shine!

My old coworker had some amazing herbal tea that was so sweet and flavorful that I could have sworn it was a liquid dessert - but it was calorie-free! I'll try to remember what brand it was. I think a good herbal spiced tea can be the perfect low-cal cure for a sweet tooth.

I bought the Sugar Cookie and the Gingerbread ones this weekend! The Sugar Cookie, it helped a lot to add some milk and sweetener. The smell was amazing, but the flavor was a bit lackluster.

The gingerbread. I had a cup with just sweetener about 2 hours ago and my cubicle still smells like a freaking cinnamon roll. Which is AWESOME and so evil all at the same time. Taste was much better than the sugarcookie, but I'm sort of a nut for anything ginger :)

Ugh, yes I've tried this tea before. Adding milk etc definitely doesn't help (Actually made it taste worse to me!)
